Restaurants Brossard (the "Site") is a free, bilingual restaurant directory for Brossard, Québec. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information provided "as is"

The Site is an informational service. Addresses, opening hours, menus, prices and other details are compiled from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. Always confirm directly with the restaurant before travelling, ordering or relying on any detail. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restaurants Brossard is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, from inaccurate information, or from the goods and services offered by the restaurants listed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• extract, copy or reuse the Site's content in bulk (including automated scraping) without prior written permission;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or circumvent the Site's security measures;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to transmit unlawful, defamatory or misleading content.

Intellectual property

The Site's source code, design, editorial text and presentation are proprietary and remain the property of Restaurants Brossard, all rights reserved. Some data is sourced from third parties and remains subject to their respective licenses; applicable attributions appear in the page footer and in the dataset documentation.

User submissions

If you send us a correction, suggestion or message (for example via the "Report an error", "Suggest a restaurant" or "For restaurant owners" forms), you grant us the right to use, reproduce and publish that information in the directory, without compensation. Do not send confidential or unlawful information, and only submit information you have the right to share. How we handle the information you provide (name, email, message) is described in our privacy policy.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites (online ordering, reservations, restaurant websites). We do not operate these services and are not responsible for them; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Restaurant listings

Listing in the directory is free. We may edit, move or remove a listing at our discretion, including to correct an error or to flag a closure.

We may update these terms at any time. The version shown on this page is the one in effect; the update date above indicates the most recent revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
