Sandwicherie Sue at DIX30 — handcrafted bánh mì (treasured chicken, char siu pork, south-east beef, veggie), vermicelli bowls, spring rolls and brown-sugar bubble tea. The fourth location of the Montreal chain founded in 2015 by Susan Lo and Luis Léon, the first outside the Island of Montreal, opened Winter 2025. Imported Asian grocery items and house-made sauces sold on-site.
