LOV DIX30 (Brossard), permanently closed September 2025. Botanical plant-based brasserie (LOV = Local, Organic, Vegan): seasonal plant-based cuisine, organic wines, botanical cocktails and weekend brunch. Founded in Montreal in 2016 by Dominic Bujold. Le Balthazar now occupies this space.
